About profile extrusion
Special-shaped extrusion is a plastic processing process that adopts out-of-mold molding, which is different from the plastic processing method that adopts in-mold molding. Therefore, most of the products extruded from plastic special shapes are long strips.
The so-called special-shaped extrusion or extrusion mainly adopts the process of out-of-mold molding to produce plastic products. Most of them are developed according to the customer’s product requirements. Therefore, the shape can be customized according to customer requirements.
Use DINP
Di-iso-nonyl Phthalate (Di-iso-nonyl Phthalate, abbreviated as DINP, chemical formula C26H42O4, structural formula is C6H4(COO(CH2)6CH(CH3)2)2, which is generated by phthalic acid and isononyl alcohol of ester compounds.
It is a kind of phthalate ester and is also a commonly used plasticizer. The plasticizing properties of DINP are similar to DEHP. DINP is a general-purpose plasticizer. DINP has low volatility and low plasticizing efficiency. Compared with DEHP, It has lower plasticization efficiency, mobility, water extraction rate and slightly higher gel temperature and electronic resistance. DINP’s low volatility not only prolongs product life but also reduces evaporative emissions in the process.
About flat-type fireproof and smoke-proof strips (adhesive strips)
- Expansion ratio 5-10 times up to 16-18 times
- Material: PVC+Graphite
- The weather resistance of PVC is good, and graphite is added to make it expand in case of fire, and it will fill the fine seam caused by deformation so that the fire source will not escape. It is applied to fire doors.
- Adhesive can be backed, PET material can also be customized by customers

- The rubber strip made by adding the two characteristics is more durable and airtight.
- Add graphite to make it expand in case of fire, and fill the cracks caused by deformation so that the fire source will not escape
- Applied to fire doors.

- Purpose: Install in the groove of the door frame to make it airtight.
